Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To exercise your right to cancel:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery

  • You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us

Items must be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging where possible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be returned within the allowed return period

  • Include proof of purchase or order number

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

In line with UK consumer law, you may be entitled to:

We may ask for photos of the item and packaging to help process your claim.


 

5. Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • This will typically occur within 5–10 business days

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


 

6. Return Shipping

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless:

  • The item is faulty

  • The item is damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as AmyWell cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

 

7. Exchanges

 

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first. Exchanges may be possible depending on stock availability.
